Sophomore Kayla Boyes paints a piece in the Art Therapy workshop. For Peace Day, one of the most popular workshops for the day was Art Therapy, where students expressed thoughts and emotions through creativity. The world sees you differently than you see yourself, Boyes said.

The dopamine caused by social media and phone usage can cause an addiction to the device from over usage. “I think that social media is an addiction, just like anything else. Like even my 12 year old, I have to bribe him to get him off,” counselor Carrie Vanni said.
