Athletic and Activity Fees
Athletics fees for participating athletes must be collected (or a written payment plan must be on file with the financial secretary) prior to athletes competing in any sport.
Fees are $185 per sport, per athlete. Athletic fees can be paid in Infinite Campus.
Athletes in the Free and Reduced-Price Lunch Program are exempt from the athletic fee.
For other extreme or extenuating financial situations, a request for exemption verifying the situation should be submitted through the family to the school athletic director and principal.
If a payment plan is necessary, the first payment must be turned in to the financial office prior to the student’s participation in a contest. A written payment plan must be filed with the school’s financial secretary.
Guidelines:
- Fees per athletics participant are $185 per sport, per athlete
- A full refund will be made to the athlete if they are cut or quits before being involved in the sport through 15 calendar days.
- The athletic fee refund must be claimed on or before the starting date of the next season, and within the same school year.
