Credit Recovery at Conifer High School
At Conifer High School, our goal is to help every student stay on track and successfully complete their coursework. While we work closely with students to finish classes on time, we understand that sometimes credit recovery is the right next step and we’re here to help!
Conifer offers multiple in house credit recovery options for select courses at little to no cost, including extended semester opportunities and summer school. These programs are designed to support students, provide flexibility, and help them move forward toward graduation with confidence.
For courses not offered in-house, we can also connect students and families with additional credit recovery resources. These options may include programs such as Jeffco Virtual Academy or EdGenuity, which may have associated costs.
If a student is interested in credit recovery, we encourage them to reach out to their school counselor as soon as possible to explore the best options and create a plan for success.

Jeffco Public Schools knows that students may experience challenges that impact their progress toward graduation. We care deeply about helping every student and family understand the options available to get back on track and move forward with confidence.
Credit recovery gives students an opportunity to make up credits needed for graduation. Options may look different by school, so the best first step is to contact your student’s school counselor. Your school counselor knows your student, understands the school’s available supports, and can help explain the best options for your student’s path.
